The Institute for Interstellar Studies have a heavy presence at the Starship Congress in Dallas, Texas, with our team manning a stand with copies of our newsletter Principium plus giveaways such as postcards featuring the art of Adrian Mann and in general spreading the word about I4IS to the interstellar cognoscenti. Directors Kelvin Long and Andreas Hein are also giving talks at the event, and we’re also launching the Alpha Centauri Prize at the Congress, with an award of $500 sponsored by Icarus Interstellar for the best presentation at the Congress. Keep following our Twitter feed, @Institute4IS, for the latest updates at the Congress.
