ARIANESPACE SELECTED TO LAUNCH FIRST 10 SATELLITES IN GALILEO CONSTELLATION

Arianespace has signed a launch contract for the first 10 Full Operational Capability satellites in Europe's planned Galileo satellite positioning system. The spacecraft will be launched in pairs starting in December 2012, using five Soyuz launchers operated from the Spaceport in French Guiana.
