NRO L-39 payload is thought to be a radar satellite

NRO L-39 was launched by an Atlas V 401 launch vehicle ot 0714 GMT on 6 December 2013. Details about the satellite remain sketchy save to noted that it is thought to be a military radar satellitle of the TOPAZ class which was lauched fron Vandenberg in California to a backward leaning ”very retrograde” orbit.
