Station Crew Gets Ready for Same Day Progress Launch and Docking

The Pirs docking compartment has opened up after the ISS Progress 47 resupply ship undocked Monday afternoon. This leaves room for a new cargo ship, the ISS Progress 48, which will launch Wednesday at 3:35 p.m. EDT and dock to Pirs less than six hours later after just four orbits.
