Today marks the end of posting at Space Transport News at HobbySpace.com and the beginning of NewSpace Watch (NSW)at NewSpaceGlobal.com. I will manage the NSW blog and continue to monitor and report on developments in the commercial spaceflight industry there as I've been doing here at STN for several years.

Non-commercial projects, space policy, and general space news that I would have posted on STN will now go to my HobbySpace Space-for-All blog, which I will continue in parallel.

The STN blog grew out of the RLV News postings I started back in 1999. HobbySpace is about public participation in space and the ultimate participation will come with the opportunity to go to space. That opportunity won't happen for very many people unless the cost of spaceflight drops drastically. I saw the best hope for affordable spaceflight to be with the entrepreneurial firms who made this their number one goal. Monitoring the ups and downs of the NewSpace movement thus fit well at HobbySpace.
