Here are couple of reports on the Regolith & Environment Science and Oxygen & Lunar Volatile Extraction (RESOLVE) project in which a rover will test systems for sampling for water ice in lunar polar craters. The project participants include NASA and the Canadian Space Agency. The tests will take place in Hawaii in cooperation with the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES), which is devoted to developing techniques for supporting bases on the Moon and Mars with local resources :
