"Server Problems" has become the early 21st Century's version of "the dog ate my homework." So I won't cite it as a reason for abridged content here at Lunar Networks, the sometimes-cryptic Team Blog for Lunar Pioneer, LLP.But we are having "computer problems," meaning essential air-conditioning needed to operate more computer than the Group will need for at least a few more months, located in the Great Dismal coastal swamps of eastern North Carolina has meant our lab has turned on personnel and equipment, putting both in danger. Right now, two vertical fans are blowing over the heat sinks of our computers, before 9 am, just to keep CPU temperatures from exceeding 44 degrees C.Nevertheless, we will be shutting that system down at 1300 UT for the balance of the day. We appreciate your patience, and as always we welcome your tips and comments.joelraupe@lunarpioneer.com
