Astrometry from the ground and from space allows us to explore Solar System objects and improve our knowledge of their dynamical and physical characteristics. Increased astrometric accuracy will see new challenges arrive in the domain of astrometry, both for space-based observations and ground-based observations.
This summer school introduces young students and astronomers to the field of astrometry, to prepare them for the analysis of the huge amount of data and the future researches in the astrometry domain. It will also help them establish observing programmes or to participate in future observing campaigns and it promotes observational accuracy.
